Tube ball mill or cement tube mill is designed on the basis of traditional ball mill. Compared with the ball mill with same specification, cement ball mill has higher productivity and finer particle size. In addition, the surface is much wider. Working Principle of Cement Ball Mill:

Tube ball mill adopts cylinder shape rotating device. Materials enter into the first cavity through the feeding device. In the cavity, there is stepped lining plate and different steel ball with different specification. With the rotating of the cylinder, steel balls are driven by the centrifugal force and fall down from a certain height to strike and crush the materials. After the coarse crushing in the first cavity, materials enter into the second cavity through the single-wall partition. In the second cavity, there is plain plate and steel balls to grind the materials. The powder type materials will be discharges to complete the grinding.

Characteristics of Cement Ball Mill:

With particular combined plate and discharging plate that adjust each silo position, air flow is increased and grinding condition is also improved; and new type lining plate is used and the speed of the cement ball mill is adjusted to optimize the design of gear; improve the stability of the cement tube mill; prolong the life expectancy of tube ball mill and improve the grinding efficiency.
